
Francesco Lotti
I graduated with honors from the University of Pisa in December 2014.
I worked at the Valdinievole Veterinary Clinic in Monsummano Terme for about a year and then began a Master of Science program at Colorado State University in Fort Collins in the summer of 2016. I completed my Master degree in May 2018 with a dissertation on the incidence and prevention of canine gastroesophageal reflux during anesthesia, which resulted in the publication of two scientific articles in the AJVR and JSAP. From July 2018 to June 2019, I completed a specialist internship in Internal Medicine at the same university.
From August 2019 to August 2022, I completed an ECVIM-CA (Internal Medicine) Residency program at the I Portoni Rossi Veterinary Hospital under the supervision of Dr. Fabio Procoli, DipECVIM-CA and DipACVIM.
In April 2023, I obtained the ECVIM-CA (Internal Medicine) diploma. Since April 2023, I have been working at the Valdinievole Veterinary Clinic in Monsummano Terme. Since September 2023, I have been on the board of the European Society of Gastroenterology (ESCG) as Webmaster.
