Online registration: Payments can be made via bank transfer or by credit card (VISA, MASTERCARD, EUROCARD, CARTASI).
Upon receipt of payment, an official invoice will be issued by the SCIVAC (EV) administration.

• Within February 27th 2026 refund of 75% of paid fee.
• After February 27th 2026 no refund will be made.

The date of sending will be considered as the official deadline.

All refunds will be done at the end of the Congress.

Should the Congress be cancelled, for reasons entirely beyond the control of the organizer, the registration fee will be refunded after deduction of unavoidable expenses.
