Each time you access the congress venue, you will be required to present your badge and a valid ID.
The badge is personal, non-transferable, and cannot be given to others.
The proceedings will only be available in digital format, through a link that will be sent via email to all registered participants a few days before the congress.

Coffee breaks and lunch breaks are offered by SCIVAC in the exhibition area and are included in the registration fee.
Yes, access to the exhibition area only is possible: you must register specifically through the online system available on the congress website.
Please note that access to the exhibition area does not include entry to the congress lecture room.
Accompanying persons are NOT allowed to enter either the exhibition area or the congress lecture room.
The venue does not allow animals.
Therefore, staff at the entrance may deny access in the presence of animals.
