New paradigms in canine and feline chronic enteropathies

As organizing committee, we are excited to announce the upcoming conference “New Paradigms in Canine and Feline Chronic Enteropathies” to be held in Bologna, Italy, on March 13-14, 2026.

This conference will spotlight the recent advances in the understanding of the pathophysiology of chronic enteropathies (CE), with particular focus on early recognition and novel, multimodal treatment approaches for chronic intestinal dysfunction and refractory enteropathies (e.g., dietary interventions, microbiota modulation).

A significant portion of the program will focus on the dietary management of CE, both in treatment-naïve and refractory cases, with practical tips on how to tailor macronutrients (eg, fats, proteins, and carbohydrates) for individual patients.

We are proud to welcome expert speakers from a range of disciplines, including gastroenterology, nutrition, imaging, and pathology.  This will be a wonderful opportunity to share new knowledge and network with fellow colleagues interested in gastroenterology, all in the historic beautiful city of Bologna.
